are they unbreakable?
unlike ceramic and clay pots, our eco friendly planters do not break for its intended use. the plant pots are impact modified to be able to withstand unintentional fall and blows. however, due to natural fibers present in them they can break with higher impact.
can we use them outdoor? if yes, how long do they last?
yes! our earth friendly plant pots are suitable for outdoor use. they do not crack or corrode when kept outdoor. they are UV stabilised to provide additional tolerance to direct sunlight and heat. by default they are resistant to moisture and hence do not corrode when exposed to rain and humidity.
what are the planters made from?
our eco friendly plant pots are made from repurposed bamboo fibers from industrial activities and a combination of post consumer and post industrial recycled binders. they are truly upcycled products made from renewable and recovered materials that would otherwise be burnt or discarded. We do not cut trees or extract fossil resources to make these planters.
who makes these planters?
the eco friendly pots and planters are completely made in India – they are first of its kind. we source the raw materials and make biocomposite materials with our proprietary technology in our manufacturing facility. the biocomposite materials are drop-in solution to replace plastics with high renewable content and low carbon footprint. we then send these biocomposite materials to our partners who are currently moulding plastic pots and planters. they use our biocomposite mateirals in their manufacturing setup to make these eco-friendly planters for us as per our specification and processing guidelines. the complete process is tracked and shared with you transparently through the QR code supplied along with the planters.

Can you customise based on my requirements?
yes, for large volumes we can certainly customise based on your requirements. the first level of customisation is with colour and prints. for 1000+ units, we can explore customising the color and having prints for branding. the second level of customisation is with shape and size. for this, we need to develop new moulds and it only makes sense if your requirements are 1,00,000+ units.
why do some of the planters have different names embedded on them?
this is as a result of two key principles we are committed to – 1. working in partnership and 2. transparency across the value chain.
many of our products such as planters are moulded by our partners using their current plastic manufacturing infrastructure. as a result, you will find their names and certain details underneath the planters.
we are happy to share the details of our partners with our customers that hopefully results in better transparency and trust.
